DirectCash Payments has announced the completion of its acquisition of Threshold Financial Technologies. Threshold is a Canadian processor which offers payment transaction processing services and which operates a network of 1,475 ATMs. DirectCash is the second-largest ATM operator in the world, managing 7,000 ATMs in Canada and over 20,000 ATMs worldwide.
